Google analytics is now open to all with a Google account. Previously you had to subscribe and there was an indeterminate wait until you received an account.
Now all you have to do is visit the site, sign up using your pre existing Google mail account or adsense account and off you go.
Simply paste the Google Analytics tracking code into each of your website pages and tracking begins immediately. No purchase process. No need to download anything. If you don't edit your own site, your webmaster, designer, or hosting provider can probably do it for you in under five minutes.
For those of you not hosting your own blog or without access to statistics on your web site analytics would be well worth a look at.
