Stall The Ball

Just in the process of setting up a web page dedicated to searching Irish web sites and for Irish news.

It can be found at http://irishwebnews.com and is currently in pre Alpha stage

Currently there are three search tools.

Google Search using the Google Co-Op tool which has a list of around 1500 Irish blogs and news sites (currently adding a list of all DOT IE sites as well)

Technorati Search

Straight API call to Technorati for you chosen word or phrase. (Working on parsing the results for context sensitivity to Ireland)

Technorati Tag search

Same thing but searches the Tags only e.g. search for irish etc.
