Stall The Ball

So you are looking after a blog. No one has looked at the comments waiting for moderation section for months.

And when you attempt to open the moderation page WordPress sits there generating a page containing 3,713 comments for moderation which promptly eats your browser and spits the husk back at you.

So the question for all the WordPress gurus out there is...

How do you clean that mess up remembering that their probably are genuine comments that need to be approved?
